Assassin's Creed Shadows: Inside Help Walkthrough

Inside Help is the thirty-fourth main quest in Assassin's Creed Shadows. In this section, you’ll find a complete step-by-step description of all mission objectives.

To activate this quest, open the objectives board and select the mission under the Shinbakufu heading. Head to the southern part of Kyoto and follow the creek eastward. Soon you will reach the Kiyomizu-dera Temple, where Ujimasa is hiding.

When you meet Ujimasa, you will have a choice:

Choose any line you like — this will not affect future events.

Your next objective is to eliminate all seven members of the Warped Tree gang. You don’t have to kill them all. Read the notes attached to the portraits of the gang family members to understand who deserves mercy. If you kill the father of the family, all remaining children will gather in the house, and you can eliminate them in one place. Overall, it doesn’t matter whether you spare the peaceful mafiosi or not. This does not affect the story.

Once the fate of the seven bandits has been decided, return to the Kiyomizu-dera Temple to complete the mission.

The Inside Help quest is complete. Yamazaki Castle is closer than ever, and you now have an ally ready to open it from the inside.
