The official PlayStation Blog has announced the results of its massive PlayStation Game of the Year 2024 vote. This year, over 1.5 million gamers participated, selecting their favorite games, celebrating the best stories, and highlighting the most memorable characters.

The top game of 2024 was Astro Bot, a platformer that swept five categories. Its developers, Team Asobi, were also honored as the best studio. Earlier this year, Astro Bot took home the top prize at The Game Awards 2024.
