Tried it, the game won't launch past splash screen unless online, and it creates an additional .stmp file with my original save ignoring the read-only files unfortunately.

Maybe build number is different, I"m 1.7.2. But thanks for the help, I'll wait to see if OP has any ideas

Tried that too, and offline. The game overwrites the save files once it launches. I can see the actual file change size in my save folder when I close the game after it launches my previous save.

I hope it's fixed because this is the only thing I can find, besides a $6 trainer on a shady website lol.

Doesn't work for me either, tried both sets of files. Replaced the names on both with my save name. It just reloads my normal save.
