Development on Hytale recently resumed after Riot Games canceled the project in June. Hypixel was able to buy back the rights and continue working on the game.
The developers have promised a beta test and early access in the near future. They plan to gradually implement their ideas and shape the game based on community feedback. Hytale will launch on PC first, with the possibility of coming to other platforms later on.
Hytale is described as an adventure game that blends sandbox freedom with RPG elements. Players can explore a procedurally generated world, delve into dungeons, uncover secrets, encounter various creatures, and reshape the environment by building their own creations.
