An arcade pinball simulation featuring characters from the Worms series, with pink worms sending a ball across a table themed around their world. The player controls the flippers, keeps the ball in play and pursues parallel objectives using moving mechanisms, transparent ramps and magnetic fields.

The physics model accounts for impulse, inertia, acceleration and other properties of motion. The game features table tilting and multiball with up to six balls at once, while the scoreboard hosts additional minigames and more than 150 elements on the table are animated. The rules support a range of techniques, including shot combinations, catches and rebounds.
