Arise Dark Lord

A hybrid of action and real-time strategy, where you will take on the role of the Dark Lord and lead an army of evil in a war against humanity. The player has direct control over their avatar, building and defending the Dark Tower, developing magic, and summoning hordes of orcs and undead. As the territory expands, you will need to gather resources, strengthen defenses with towers, traps, and siege weapons, and destroy human cities to gain new knowledge and enhance destructive spells.

The army can be assembled in two ways. The first obvious method is raising the dead and forming zombie squads. The second is following in Sauron's footsteps and bending orcs to your will. Between raids, you will need to defile forests and mountains, gather resources, and equip the Dark Tower with traps, siege weapons, turrets, and barricades. Looted human cities or destroyed fortresses grant insights that unlock new spells.
