Installation & Usage Instructions:

Launch Assassin's Creed Shadows.
Open the .CT file in Cheat Engine and link/attach it to the game process.
Enable the Patch to Keep items script.
Completely exit and restart the game.
Re-attach the Cheat Engine table to the game process.
Load your save game and DO NOT open any in-game menus immediately upon entering the world.
You are now free to use the cheat table and modify your inventory as desired.
