Bad Air Day is an arcade game about Artie, an elevator operator trying to keep his job at the Le Fumé Hotel after an unfortunate breakfast. The player steers bursts of gas toward the elevator vents and away from the guests.
As the elevator climbs, vents switch positions and passengers move around the cabin. The goal is to reach as many floors as possible with three lives, across an unlimited number of levels. Completing challenges earns 12 trophies.
