An arcade shoot ’em up about pilots competing on a dangerous course. The player controls the Blue Flamingo ship and shoots through levels that grow progressively more difficult, aiming for the highest possible score.
Points can be spent on ship upgrades or saved: any score carried over to the next level earns interest. Choosing between strengthening the ship and building up a score balance shapes the run as the challenge increases. The game’s world is made from handcrafted models and props that were filmed and photographed, while firecrackers and pyrotechnics were used to create effects such as explosions and rocket flares.
