An action game about a mass breakout from San Amaro prison, which leaves dangerous prisoners armed with weapons stolen from the prison armoury hiding across the city. The RICO team is called in to deal with the gang.
Players fight the escaped prisoners and gain access to new weapons: the fully automatic G-18 pistol, the high-calibre USG45 submachine gun and the short-barrel K36 special forces rifle. In a separate lockdown level, the player is trapped in San Amaro prison and faces prisoners trying to take them out.
