Burly Men at Sea is a minimalist side-scrolling adventure. The game tells a fairy tale about three big bearded fishermen who were tired of quietly and peacefully fishing in the sea, so they decided to joyfully scrape together adventures for themselves. Fishermen encounter various creatures from folklore. The player himself acts as both the narrator and navigator for the three bearded men, shaping the gameplay through interaction with their environment.
