A fantasy Metroidvania in the vein of the Castlevania series, players take on the role of the last remaining member of the Order of the Rose Cross, Mateo Lombardo, as he hunts the Beast of Gevaudan. The game features dynamic combat, exploration of a vast interconnected world with vast castles, dangerous forests, and mysterious ruins, as well as puzzle solving and interaction with NPCs. There are also large-scale boss battles and character development through unlocking new abilities and collecting powerful weapons.
