This psychological thriller visual novel follows John, a young man with severe depression who meets Lizzie as he begins to lose hope. She seems affectionate and devoted, but is also unstable and prone to violence. John sees her as someone else in need of help and is willing to risk his safety for a chance to support her.
The player’s choices affect both characters’ mental states and alter the course of their story. John may reject Lizzie, succumb to depression, or die, while Lizzie may lose control or become absorbed in conspiracy theories. The consequences of each decision shape later choices and lead to different outcomes.
