This vertically scrolling shoot ’em up is set in 2269, when Earth has been overrun by an alien race known as the Hyper Insects. Pilot Rad Ralph takes control of the Chimera, a bio-fighter craft, and sets out to drive the invaders from the planet.

The player advances through eight increasingly difficult stages against a constantly scrolling backdrop. Projectiles target airborne enemies, while bombs are used against ground-based foes, and each stage leads to a boss fight.
