Genuine next-gen shadow effects.

A small config tweak to enhance graphic quality. I recommend playing with DLSS ON, as after patch 1.3 some reflections only work properly with DLSS enabled. To install, place user.ini into Cyberpunk 2077 / engine / config / platform / pc.
