In the center of the story is Darwin — a smart and resourceful octopus, torn from his native ocean and found in a grim industrial complex. Surrounded by machines, traps, and strange creatures, he tries to understand what is happening and find a way back home, gradually uncovering the mystery of a place that clearly hides something more than just an abandoned factory.
The gameplay combines platforming, puzzles, and stealth elements, allowing the use of the hero's natural abilities — swimming, camouflage, and agility — to overcome obstacles and avoid dangers. As the journey progresses, the environment becomes increasingly unsettling, and the story deepens, hinting at a conspiracy whose consequences may extend far beyond the fate of a single being.
