A demolition and construction company simulator set in an open sandbox world, where the player takes on jobs and tears down structures ranging from wooden huts to large concrete buildings. Work is carried out with hand tools and a range of machines, including bulldozers, excavators, cranes and trucks. Machine parts can be customized for specific tasks, and damaged equipment can be repaired.
The player hires and manages workers, transports materials and clears construction sites. Earnings can be invested in building projects and land, which can then generate income through rent. Other tasks include construction and flattening terrain or roads, with different jobs calling for suitable machinery and attachments.
