The next game from the developers of Crimson Desert will be an open-world Pokemon-style title
After the release of Crimson Desert, Pearl Abyss plans to shift its main resources to DokeV — a colorful open-world action adventure with creature collecting that has long been compared to Pokemon. The game was first announced back in 2019, but because development of Crimson Desert dragged on, it now looks like DokeV may not arrive until 2028–2029.
