This puzzle game in the Dr. Mario series features challenges in the Miracle Cure Laboratory, where players use regular, two-sided, and L-shaped pills. Filling a special gauge unlocks Miracle Cures: Blasters disinfect part of the bottle, while Zappers clear entire rows or columns. Endless Dr. Mario and Dr. Luigi modes also offer Miracle Cure power-ups, and players can compete locally or online.
