An arcade strategy game about overseeing an underground Dwarf colony and gathering as much gold as possible before the caves and their monsters bring the settlement to ruin. The player guides the Dwarfs toward rich deposits, monitors their digging, and protects the Town Hall and its beer supplies from danger.

Caves are randomly generated, and the available modes include arcade survival, defending the base against waves of monsters, and Rush, where Dwarfs spawn rapidly and dig everywhere. In Dark Mode, only the tunnels the Dwarfs have dug are lit; the game also features challenges and a sandbox for creating caves.
