A third-person action-adventure starring superhero Earthworm Jim, who is knocked unconscious by a cow and sets out to explore his own mind. His psyche brings together fears, happy memories, and fantasies, while a sinister force lurks within this dangerous inner world.
Players explore four areas of Jim’s brain, fight enemies and five bosses, solve puzzles, and take on minigames built into the levels. Activities include pig-sliding and wrangling grandmothers, while combat features 13 weapons, among them the Groovy Gun, Chicken Gun, and hair flamer. The game has 15 levels followed by a final boss showdown.
