This hockey management simulation lets players run a club or national team in hockey-playing countries around the world. They build a roster by signing and trading players and making draft picks, then assemble a coaching staff. The manager can appoint a head coach or take charge of coaching duties personally.

Matches are shown in a top-down 2D view, with the option to follow the action live or watch highlights. The game world features more than 30 domestic leagues and cup competitions, each with its own rules and structure. In multiplayer, up to 30 players can compete in the same online game world.
