Additionally, during your journey, you will unlock access to new companions through hero hearts. They will accompany you on your travels, and their skills will be useful in numerous battles. During leveling up, it's important to pay attention to allies so they become stronger. For this, soul fragments are used. A team can have up to 4 characters, each with their own role on the battlefield and element to consider. It's also advisable to develop synergy between heroes for additional bonuses. After each update, new warriors and mages appear in the game, so it's worth experimenting with combinations of fighters during battles.

There are also mounts in Elden Quest that can be used to move around the open world. Special development stones are required for their leveling up.

An additional way to increase stats and unlock unique abilities is to choose a patron goddess. For this, offerings must be made and quests completed. The longer and more actively you support a specific deity, the more serious bonuses you will receive.

However, note that each goddess offers special advantages, so you need to choose one that can develop your hero's strengths. With the right approach, the bonuses from her can significantly enhance the character's abilities, creating a huge advantage both during boss battles and in arenas where duels between live players take place.

During all battles, the character will fight automatically. Quest completion also occurs in automatic mode. But you can choose which specific tasks to complete. Before that, it's important to allocate characteristics, activate active and passive skills, and equip the best gear. It's advisable to take consumables with you, primarily potions that restore health. It's also important to determine the battle tactics. This is especially crucial during fights with strong computer opponents and live players.

Periodically, it's worth checking the list of available missions to not miss any.

Even if you step away from the computer or put down your phone, your character can continue completing tasks, gaining experience and resources. You can collect them after some time. Don't forget to check the reward tabs. However, over time, the rewards will noticeably decrease. Therefore, it won't be possible to fully automate the process; personal involvement will still be required periodically. Additionally, there are separate rewards for daily logins to the game.

As in the vast majority of role-playing games, there is a main storyline with many missions and side quests with their own mini-stories. Ignoring the central quest chain is not possible, as completing it unlocks other activities in the game.

However, completing main and side tasks is far from the only way to gain experience, money, resources, and gear. Some optional quests are available for a strictly limited time.

Participation in temporary events provides access to unique characters and rare resources. Part of the content is exclusively related to such events and is not available in other game modes.

These locations are primarily designed for well-developed characters. There, you will encounter particularly strong enemies and bosses. Among them are dragons, dwarf queens, battle-hardened warriors, and many others. Each has its own combat tactics, so it is advisable to study them and choose skills accordingly to be prepared to respond. Without a proper selection of equipment and abilities, as well as potions that restore health, defeating enemies in local dungeons will not be possible. At the early stages of the game, it makes no sense to visit them; it is better to focus on completing simpler tasks first.

Later, it will make sense to return to already explored catacombs if there is a need for additional resources and experience points.

Victories in tournaments will grant access to powerful artifacts that cannot be obtained in any other way.

Crystals are the local paid currency that can be purchased with real money or obtained by activating promo codes. The latter are distributed on the official game resources, partner streams, and gaming websites. With crystals, you can participate in the local gacha system and speed up certain processes.
