Blurry Ring.

A simple ReShade with added Blur, Bloom, Cartoon/Sharpen, and a green tint removed using Color-Lab (disable it if you want the original colors of Elden Ring). Install ReShade in the game folder (ER is Directx11), download all effect packages, and place the BlurryRing.ini file in the game folder. Open the in-game ReShade command center and select BlurryRing.
