Blurry Ring.
A simple ReShade with Blur, Bloom, Cartoon/Sharpen added and a green tint removed using Color-Lab (turn it off if you want the original Elden Ring colors). Install ReShade in the game folder (ER is Directx11), download all the effects packs and place the BlurryRing.ini file in the game folder. Open the ReShade in-game command center and select BlurryRing.
