Expeditions: Samurai

The game transports the tactical RPG series Expeditions to Japan during the Sengoku era, engulfed in civil wars and political intrigues. The main character finds themselves on the shores of a foreign land after a shipwreck and unexpectedly takes command of a diverse team of survivors. Ahead lies a journey through conflict-ridden lands, where every decision can impact the fate of the squad, the local inhabitants, and the course of the entire story.

In addition to turn-based battles, the game emphasizes freedom of choice and a variety of approaches to completing tasks. Stealth, diplomacy, or open force allow for different ways to overcome obstacles, while new mechanics of stealth, interaction with the environment, and dynamic dialogues expand the familiar formula of the series. For the first time in Expeditions, a full-fledged cooperative mode appears, where two players can participate in the adventure together, make decisions, and coordinate actions both in peaceful situations and during tactical operations.
