The Enclave Officer is certainly one of many officers in the Enclave. He may not have a team, but he is the last officer, ready to assist you. His true motives are unknown, but it is clear he wants to take action as the Enclave is thin. You can find him in the parking lot of the school in Springvale, and like others, he has basic commands: Follow, Trade, Say Goodbye, Wait.
