A basketball simulation built around full-court three-on-three matches. Each team has a guard, center, and forward, while the court is shown from a television-style perspective. Matches support one or two players.

The playbook offers 15 offensive and five defensive pro-style plays, and Playmaker lets players design their own tactics. Scoring options include three-pointers and slam dunks, while defensive choices include man-to-man coverage and double-teaming the guard.
