Gangland is an isometric action game combining real-time tactics, role-playing and simulation, centered on a Sicilian Mafia family. After the brothers kill Chico, three of them leave Sicily to pursue criminal careers in America. Their grandfather sends Mario there to track them down and avenge Chico’s death.
In the single-player story, Mario arrives in America and seeks out his uncle Vincente. The multiplayer mode lets players take the role of one of four brothers—Mario, Angelo, Romano or Sonny—and rise through the Mafia family while competing with other gangs and gangsters for control of Paradise City.
