This business-management simulation with time-management elements follows Derek Hales, who inherits Carpe Diem Boats, a boating company on the tropical Jo Jo islands. With his girlfriend Michelle Joyce, he starts a new life and sets out to become the region’s leading entrepreneur.
The player takes on missions aboard different vessels, searching for treasure, rescuing people and avoiding pirate attacks. Progress unlocks six ship types, while earnings can go toward property and business expansion, from beach houses to hotels. The islands feature more than 50 harbors, changing weather and a day-and-night cycle, while nine computer-controlled skippers compete for customers.
