Improved rain effects.

The rain in this game is often not very noticeable, but I managed to enhance it a bit using the rain settings from the title screen. I made some additional tweaks to these settings. Rain in Gotham will be more pronounced.

To install, first extract the download, go to the Gotham Knights installation folder, then navigate to MercuryContentPaks and place the package file there; you should have pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak in the same folder.

Дождь в этой игре часто не очень заметен, но мне удалось немного улучшить его благодаря настройкам дождя, которые используются на титульном экране. Я внес несколько дополнительных изменений в эти настройки. В Готэме будет более заметный дождь.
