Guns of Eschaton

An unusual first-person shooter with soulslike elements, set in a surreal post-apocalyptic Wild West. The events of the game unfold in the territory of the American Old South, which has survived a catastrophe known as "The Burning." The world has been engulfed by a mystical apocalypse, and the familiar reality has begun to crumble under the onslaught of ancient entities, religious cults, and otherworldly forces. The player will take on the role of an ordinary person who has lost almost everything and is trying to return home through lands filled with monsters, fanatics, cursed legends, and historical figures caught between myth and reality.

One of the main features of the project is the realistically recreated arsenal of the 19th century. The game features more than twenty types of weapons, created based on real historical samples. Each revolver, rifle, or shotgun has its own character, recoil characteristics, shooting range, and behavior in combat. The system is complemented by the mechanic of special ammunition: different types of bullets will be effective against different enemies, turning the revolver's cylinder into a unique set of tactical tools.
