Players need to help the postman Thomas collect lost letters. The hero suffers from severe allergies, and various allergens help him overcome obstacles. For example, pollen makes Thomas sneeze and lifts him into the air, smog inflates the hero like a balloon, and peanuts have an even more unusual effect. The game features four worlds corresponding to the seasons, 140 levels, and 240 letters to collect.
