Modifies all arenas to feature a new set of waves that are more diverse and challenging.

All arenas, including the Dark Arts Arena, now have 18 waves of enemies;
Utilizes existing arena spawn points, including elevated platforms for ranged enemies;
Increased enemy variety;
Prevents loot drops (to assist with frame rate issues).
