This top-down arcade racing game is themed around the Indianapolis 500 and is based on Atari’s earlier arcade game Indy 800. Indy 500 offers 14 selections across four games, with options for one or two players; Tag is only available to two players.

In Race Car, a player races against the clock or competes to finish 25 laps before the other player. Two courses feature different lane widths and turns. Crash n' Score awards points for driving into a square that appears in different parts of the screen. In Tag, one car pursues a blinking target, which scores points for every second it avoids being hit.
