The events of the game unfold inside a sinister psychiatric hospital, where the player must survive among demons, hallucinations, and strange patients. Exploring the dark corridors will have to be done almost in complete darkness — the only source of light available is a flashlight with a limited battery supply. To protect against nightmarish creatures, one can use a machete and a dart gun.
One of the key features of the project is said to be psychological pressure and a constant sense of anxiety. The mannequins here are not just part of the decor — they whisper to the player, stalk him, and become part of the madness that gradually blurs the line between reality and hallucinations.
