Mod patch for update 3 that breaks mods and the game won't start. Fix for the LAUNCHER_START error.
How to run:
- Place the TOC file in the main game folder, which should be SteamLibrary — steamapps — common — Marvel's Spider-Man 2, overwriting the original;
- Delete the TOC.BAK file in the same directory;
- Click "Install mods" in Overstrike;
- Start the game.
