No romances with anyone.
Feros: The colonists of Feros survived.
Noveria: Passed to Benezia without killing the scientific staff, the queen of the Rachni saved.
Vermire: Saved Ashley.
The Council saved.
Anderson in the council.
All side quests completed (Including missions for Garrus, Tali, and Rex): behaved like a hero throughout the game (except for a couple of situations, but that's not the point) — Paragon scale filled to the maximum.
