This mall management simulation tasks the player with building a large shopping center and attracting as many visitors as possible. Shops and facilities include fast-food outlets, sushi restaurants, stairs, elevators, and a heliport, with the goal of reaching a five-star rating.

Once the mall reaches a certain level of popularity, a “Fever” begins and customers flood the complex. The player can invest the resulting profits in the surrounding area to bring in even more visitors.
