A 2D arcade run-and-gun shooter in which a soldier fights through stages filled with enemies and giant bosses. Metal Slug 3 features five large stages with branching routes that lead to different areas. Arcade Mode starts the mission from the first stage, while Mission Mode lets players replay unlocked stages alone or in co-op.
