A comprehensive Engine.ini configuration overhaul for Mortal Shell II on Unreal Engine 5. Designed to eliminate stuttering, boost overall framerates, decrease input latency, remove visual noise (Film Grain & Chromatic Aberration), and optimize DLSS/FSR upscaling without visual fidelity loss.

Mod Features:

Anti-Stutter & FPS Boost: Comprehensive CPU, GPU, RAM, and SSD streaming pipeline optimizations.
Lower Input Latency: Sharper, more responsive combat and dodge inputs.
Visual Clarity Enhancements: Removes Film Grain, Chromatic Aberration, and reduces Motion Blur smearing.
DLSS / FSR Fine-Tuning: Minimizes ghosting and temporal anti-aliasing shimmering.

Preset Variants:

VRR: For Variable Refresh Rate displays (NVIDIA G-Sync / AMD FreeSync enabled in GPU panel and monitor).
No VRR: For standard fixed-refresh rate monitors.

Installation instructions:

Open the game once and close it.
Press Win + R, paste the following path, and hit Enter:
%localappdata%\MortalShell2\Saved\Config\Windows
Paste the modded Engine.ini (choose VRR or No VRR) into the directory, replacing the existing file.
Right-click the new Engine.ini → Properties → check the Read-Only box → click Apply / OK.
