A gameplay tweak modification for Mortal Shell II that removes the default 5-second cooldown on the harden ability, enabling near-instant, rapid defense activation with custom timing configuration support.
Mod Features:
- Cooldown Removal: Eliminates the 5-second waiting timer, allowing you to harden on demand.
- Mechanic Integrity: Hardening still naturally shatters upon taking an enemy hit.
- Stability & Fixes: Tuned to a safe 0.3-second threshold to resolve previous interaction lock bugs with world objects and NPCs.
- Customizable Duration: Easily adjust cooldown timing to any custom value via a configuration text file.
Configuration:
- To set a custom cooldown, edit the config.txt file located in ...\ue4ss\Mods\InfiniteHarden\dlls\.
Installation instructions:
- Install UE4SS for Mortal Shell II.
- Open the downloaded archive.
- Copy the InfiniteHarden folder.
- Paste it into the Mods directory:
...\steamapps\common\Sparta\MortalShell2\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods - Launch the game.
