Outstanding Service.

This mod allows regular soldiers who meet certain criteria to become companions after battle. Now, troops that have been on your side since peasant times can be rewarded with convenient governor posts. Use translation into Russian.

Randomly after a battle (with a probability set in the configuration XML file), an individual soldier will be promoted to companionship if they have a sufficiently high unit level (also set in the XML file). They will be given characteristics of their unit type, as well as some random bonuses across the board, along with attributes and focus points that you can assign at your discretion.

Distinguished Service.
