BetterTime a.k.a TimeScaler - change time speed and pause

BetterTime allows you to change TimeScale to an arbitrary value using a configuration file.
You can also pause the game using the Pause key (the key can be changed using Mo' Controls or in the configuration files).
Installation:
- Install MSCLoader;
- Move the file from the archive to the path My Summer Car/mods.

BetterTime a.k.a TimeScaler — изменение скорости времени и пауза
BetterTime позволяет изменять TimeScale на произвольное значение с помощью конфигурационного файла.
Также можно поставить игру на паузу с помощью клавиши Pause (клавишу можно изменить с помощью Mo' Controls или в конфигурационных файлах).
Установка:
- Установить MSCLoader;
- Файл из архива переместить по пути My Summer Car/mods.
