A humorous simulator of a space hospital, where the player takes on the role of a robot doctor without a diploma. Visitors come one after another, and the main character has to quickly diagnose illnesses, create medications, and treat patients.

Each appointment consists of several stages: first, it is necessary to make a diagnosis, then prepare the appropriate medication and use it on the patient. After that, it remains to collect payment and move on to the next patient. The longer the shift lasts, the faster a new queue appears, and the harder it becomes to manage the flow of patients.

The game features various levels, unusual space diseases, and several options for medical protocols. Making mistakes too often is not allowed — otherwise, the insurance company may literally turn the robot doctor into a refrigerator.
