A useful modification that significantly simplifies and speeds up the process of populating your city. Instead of creating a family in the general editor, saving it to the bin, and then manually moving them onto the map, this mod allows you to create characters directly on any selected empty lot.

Main features:

"Create Family Here" button: adds a new option to the info panel of any empty or unoccupied lot.
Direct move-in: clicking the button immediately opens the character creator (Paramaker). As soon as you finish customizing their appearance, the created Paras will instantly become residents of that lot.
Purchase and funds deduction: the new family automatically becomes the owner of the property, and the cost of the lot is realistically deducted from their starting household budget.
Map rendering fix: built-in optimization ensures that inactive and currently unused lots are correctly displayed as low-poly models (impostors). This maintains stable game performance and reduces loading times.

Installation instructions:

This modification requires the BepInEx 5 plugin loader to be installed beforehand.

Installing BepInEx 5: If it’s not installed yet, download BepInEx 5 and unpack its contents into the root folder of Paralives (where the game’s executable is located).
Open the game folder and go to: ...\Paralives\BepInEx\plugins\.
Extract the ParafolkAdder.dll file from the downloaded zip archive into the plugins folder. To keep things organized, you can create a separate subfolder, for example \plugins\ParafolkAdder\.
Start Paralives, select any free lot on the map, and you’ll see the new "Create Family Here" button next to the standard purchase button.
