Six years in Early Access, $100 million in profit, and the result is a cheap horror slop for the kuplinovs, impossible to enter without a gag reflex. Kinetic Games managed to completely bury the project with the legendary May patch, replacing the old, tube-like models with plasticine dummies with alopecia and limbs twisted at unnatural angles. Now, instead of playing, you're subjected to the brutal cringe of 15-frame thermometer-retrieval animations, the delays of which cause you to be devoured three times by a buggy ghost while your incense merrily falls through the floor textures.
