An arcade pinball game by Digital Illusions CE, Pinball Illusions follows Pinball Dreams and Pinball Fantasies. Players control a ball across themed tables, scoring points and triggering events. The game includes multiball and an LED-style display with animated scenes.

The tables include Law n'Justice, set around police in a futuristic city; Babewatch, with tasks and a jukebox; and Extreme Sports, featuring activities such as bungee jumping, free-fall and cliff-diving. The CD version also includes The Vikings, a table themed around Vikings and the Norse gods Odin and Wotan. Before play, players can choose three or five balls and adjust the table slope, the multiball limit and the number of nudges allowed before tilting.
