This football management simulation puts the player in charge of a club, with the aim of leading it to success from either the top of the league system or its lower divisions. The player manages the squad and staff, sets tactics, and monitors club news, statistics and finances.

Training centres and other facilities affect the development of players and staff. The game also lets the player adjust training, diagnose and rehabilitate injuries, and scout and research players. Its improved match engine shows in real time how tactical decisions and changes to the team affect play.
