A management simulator about building an esports organization and preparing a team of professional gamers for competition. The player looks after the team’s physical and mental wellbeing, allocates attribute points, and selects a lineup based on each member’s strengths and temperament.
The manager designs the team, furnishes a house for the gamers, chooses sponsors, and monitors the budget. During matches, tactical orders let the team take positions, use grenades, charge the opposition, or set up ambushes. Competing in the Pro Gamer League gives the organization a chance to fight for the top spot.
